Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ecloherbeauty@gmail.com.

A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
If approved, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by ECLOHER™.
